Salad dressings: Red Wine Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Remoulade, or Creamy Balsamic
All Beef & Seafood Entrees are served with a house or tabouli salad. You can substitute a wedge salad, Spinach salad, or Bisque Cup for an additional charge.
Beef
All Ely’s beef is aged a minimum of 28 days, seasoned and broiled at 1200°, and topped with garlic compound butter.
Ely’s is not responsible for steaks requested medium well or above.
Seafood
Ely’s seafood and crawfish is domestically sourced unless otherwise noted. Rarely, if domestic catch is unavailable, we may substitute with the highest quality imported catch.
